Most NCIMB bacterial cultures are supplied freeze-dried in sealed glass ampoules, but some are supplied as active cultures resuscitated from liquid nitrogen-frozen stocks. Bacteriophages are supplied as thawed liquid suspensions in plastic vials.

Rapid response is a priority at NCIMB. If orders from the United Kingdom are received before 1400 hours we will endeavour to dispatch any items by first class mail the same afternoon.
